“In the Lord put I my trust: how say ye to my soul, flee as a bird to your mountain?”. Psalms 11.1.

We must trust in Lord. The Lord is our God, our refuge, we don’t need to run away to anywhere, the Lord’s arms are the best place to us. When we are sad, worried, sick, happy, it doesn’t matter the situation, we must always look to God, ask Him to save us, to be with us, we must to be in His arms all the time. God is the fortress we need to. “For the righteous Lord loveth righteousness; His countenance doth behold the uorigh”. Psalms 11.7
