#Day10 - Psalms 10 - Project Psalms - English
“Lord, thou
hast heard the desire of the humble: thou wilt prepare their heart, thou wilt
cause thine ear to hear: to judge the fatherless and the oppressed, that the
man of the earth may no more oppress”. Palms 10.17-18
When we cry
to God, He hears us. The Lord hears our desires, when we give up our anguish,
He comforts our hearts. God is always willing to listen to our requests, and he
does justice to those who trust in Him. The human being commits evil, often
terrifies people, but God, does justice. It isn’t because many bad things
happen that God has abandoned us, but the human being is the one who abandoned
God, distanced himself from the Father, chose to follow an evil path and commit
atrocities, "for the wicked boasteth
of his heart’s desire, and blesseth the covetous, whom the Lord abhorreth. The
wicked, through the pride of his countenance, will not seek after God: God is
not in all his thoughts" Psalms 10: 3-4.
Human
beings have forgotten God, have forgotten that God exits, that He is present
among us, that He sees and hears everything that happens on earth, "behold, the Lord’s hand is not shortened, that
it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear: but your iniquities
have separated you and your God; and your sins have hid his face from you, that
he will not hear". Isaiah 59: 1-2.
We need to return to the Father's arms and walk
the right path, God is ready to help us, "Then shalt thou call, and the Lord shall answer; thou shalt cry, and he
shall say, here I am. If thou take away from the midst of thee the yoke, the
putting forth of the finger, and speaking vanity". Isaiah 58.9.
